General information about shipping

Ashley Keller Art proudly ships worldwide to most countries. Shipping rates are calculated on checkout based on your shipping address and package dimensions / weight. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for details.

To calculate a shipping estimate, simply add items to your cart and go to the checkout system. After entering your e-mail address, you can easily select your country and enter your postal code to receive a quote.

Shipping within Canada and the United States

Our preferred shipping carrier is Canada Post. Once your order is shipped you will be e-mailed the tracking information (if applicable). 

If you have a specific shipping need or request, such as overnight delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

For international orders

Regular shipping methods to international destinations (Europe, Australia, etc.) can be 8-12 weeks. Expedited and tracked shipping options are available with delivery to international destinations in 10 business days. 

If the shipping quote for an international order seems unusually high, please contact us for more information and accurate shipping rates. 

For orders being delivered to an address outside of Canada, please note the information regarding customs and import duties. 


If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches your destination country. You will be responsible to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be.

Customs policies, including package processing times, vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.


Ashley Keller Art makes every attempt to ship within two business days of payment received. We normally ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays however special requests can be accommodated, including faster delivery at the appropriate cost, so please contact us for details.

Shipments cannot be made on statutory Canadian holidays due to post office closures and, in these scenarios, will be posted as quickly as possible on the next business day.


You may cancel your order up until the moment that you receive a shipping notification. Once the order has been processed, it will be physically out of my hands and cannot be stopped while in transit.


Each artwork is securely wrapped in layers of recycled, corrugated cardboard and nestled into a sturdy gift box with tissue paper and ribbon. Your package is then shipped in a padded mailer or shipping box. If this package is intended as a gift, I would be happy to include a handwritten note for the recipient. Please let me know in the order checkout comments if you would like a handwritten note.

Breakage is very uncommon, however should your item arrive damaged, please let me know within 24 hours and I will send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you do not wish for your order invoice to be included in the shipment (eg. gifts) please let us know in the comments at checkout or by email.


The goods ordered on this site travel at the buyer's risk. Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics, fine art is not eligible for the default insurance provided by Canada Post.

All pieces are professionally packaged to withstand stressful travel conditions and breakage is a very uncommon scenario. 

If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order information. We will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction which may include a store credit or replacement in situations where a similar piece can be recreated. 

General Condition of Sale


Every attempt is made to accurately photograph work. Due to differences in computer monitors there may be some variation of colour between the picture you view on your screen and the actual piece. If exact colour rendition is important to you please send us an email and we will do our best to describe the artwork or send additional high resolution digital photos.


All measurements are taken on the widest and tallest points on the exterior of the work. The measurements provided describe approximate overall exterior size and height. Please note that measurements may not be exact since all pieces are artisanal and handmade therefore they can be subject to unique imperfections.

TILES: No two porcelain tiles are exactly alike as these tiles are entirely handmade. It is also unlikely that these tiles are perfectly square or perfectly flat (although I do my utmost to achieve this).


Online payment is made via Shopify Payments; A secure payment provider where you can pay during checkout with a credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You may alternatively select Paypal as your payment option. No banking or personal data is transmitted at any time on the website.

Payment is made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless the Currency has been changed by the customer using the Currency Toggle located in the Main Menu of the website. This means that customers can pay for their orders and receive refunds in their local currency. Currently supported currencies include USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.

Additionally, you may create an account to securely save your payment information for more convenient, future checkouts as well as to track your order history.


As a professional business, we are required to charge sales tax on orders within Canada. The rule of thumb is that, if applicable, we must charge the GST and/or HST of the province where the shipment is being delivered. If you have questions about sales tax, please contact us.


If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know. We work to ensure that all shop descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible to prevent the need for returns. We hope to meet your highest expectations and deliver the best possible purchasing experience.

Returns are accepted within 15 days as long as the artwork hasn’t been damaged. It must be shipped back in the same condition as it arrived in order to receive a full refund.


Any and all responsibility on the part of Ashley Keller Art caused by a defect or breakage will be limited to the original purchase price of the piece.
